Damage dealt is affected by
- The attacker's Pow or Int (depending on which type of tech it is), guts, guts rate, and active battle special

Hit chance is affected by
- The attacker's Ski, guts, guts rate, and active battle special
- The defender's form adjusted Spd, guts, guts rate, foolery, and active battle special

Withering is affected by
- The attacker's active battle special
- whether or not the defender had Real battle special that ran out

Crit chance is affected by
- The attacker's nature, fame, stress (if nature is less than 0), and active battle special
- The defender's fame (if attacker's nature is less than 0)

Recoil damage is affected by
- The attacker's Pow (so Zuum's Fire Bomb's recoil damage is determined by it's Pow even though it's an Int tech), form adjusted Def, Lif, and active battle special

Healing from recovery techs is affected by
- The attacker's Pow or Int (depending on which type of tech it is), Lif, active battle special

Healing from Life Steal techs is affected by
- The attacker's Pow or Int (depending on which type of tech it is)
- The defender's Pow or Int (depending on which type of tech it is)

Guts recovered from Guts Steal is affected by
- Attacker's tech withering value
- Mock's Energy Steal is affected by the attacker's and defender's INT
