OK guys im confused. to get Ragnaroks, you must have Diva and an Angel (or any Gali monster)on april first and have had the talk with Aroma and on april first he comes and you fight, right? i also read somewhere that you can combine Diva and Monol to get Rags before the whole fight but the Studio lady says he is too strong and he must stay. well i just finished Emporors cup the second time and have had the Phoenix for years in the game. as soon as i got Diva, i combined her with a Monol and got Rags. the studio gal said nothing about him being too strong and i took him back to the ranch and he is playable. anyone have any ideas onwhat has happened? also all of the other special dragons are still locked.

This is normal. Move on.

And just as a reminder, while it is well known that you can combine to create Ragnaroks before you unlock him, you cannot ever freeze him. If you freeze him, you will not be able to take him out of the freezer until you have unlocked him fully.
