There was a similar post to this in the Sparring section of this MRA2 Archive on 3/4/03. My issue is a bit different. I have an S Class Brinjalon 2y10m old. Whenever I take him to sparring he gets "will probably learn a new move" in all abilities with my own coaches, and "most likely" with the AGIMA coaches, but he never learns a new tech. He got his first new tech at about a year old and has come back from sparring with nothing ever since. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, have you found a solution and can you share? Thank you.

All I can say is just to keep trying. If he doesn't get the new tech, reset and give it another go. Just because they say he probably will get a tech doesn't mean that he deffinately will.

FYI Swezlon, I have tried repeatedly by resetting and at different months of the year and he just won't learn anything except traits. Thanks for the tip, but I've already done it probably 15 times in each ability with 5 different coaches in each after "most likely" has come up. It is a very strange situation, one I have not encountered in my 180 game years.

Oh, sorry about that. Mmmmm, I don't know exactly what to tell you. I'll try some research.
