ok i found the ruins and they talked about the monolith or whatever but i cant find the temple that has the combining item!Please HELP monol is my favorite monster!!

Um, look on the map. Look at it while going on an expedition.

I'm also having trouble with the Monol. I know where the temple is, but everytime i search one of a few things happen except my monster finding the monilith, and my monster's INT. is 210. And yes, i did the conversation about them at the rocks.

Any thoughts or ideas?....perhaps its only avalible during a certain season?

It took me a long time to get the monolithe. I can assure you that season is not a factor, the only thing I can suggest is to increase your monster's inteligence. The monster that I used, a dragon, had around 530 Int, and it still took several trys. Until him I had tried monsters with lower Int, the last one with 350, and none of them had any success. So you really need to work him on Int. Because you can go on the adventure once you hit D rank, your best bet would be to get a fresh monster and train him heavily in Int for a few years or so, and a monster that is generally good in Int wouldn't hurt either, then enter him in the official and hopefully win. Then take him to the temple and just keep reloading until you get it.

You also may need to raise him to rank A. I think this is in the FAQs.

If it's a special event, you will most likely find it on your first try. I can't think of any event that's otherwise.
