What if I used a gameshark on a few monsters in the game, but not on a monster I plan on entering? Would I still get into trouble for cheating? How do you tell if its a cheated mon or not?

Gamershark leaves behind clues in the programming. You cannot shark any monster in the parental line of a monster, or shark any items.
