The first match up we have is Hornet (Gali/Suezo) versus Maxwell (Mocchi/Mocchi)!

Let's break it down.

Stats are even, as they are for everyone in this tournament except those with crappy form.

Maxwell has the superior guts overall.

Hornet has *more* moves, but we've learned that doesn't necessarily mean he'll do better (or more so, it doesn't mean that at all). Unfortunately, Maxwell has Mocchi moves, and Mocchi moves almost always suck (but it does have the one that is decent, I'll let you decide what that is), while Hornet has Gali moves, which are almost always good.

In conclusion, the Mocchi is short, fat, pink, has a ducks mouth, and short limbs - I mean honestly, could it really ever hurt anything?

Our second match we have Horn (Suezo/Tiger) versus Time Bomb (Ducken/Suezo)!

Horn loses the overall guts battle here.

And the tech game... but he has chewing. Chewing rocks.

...But Time Bomb is only good nature, while Horn is Best Nature. That may be a slight advantage for Horn. We'll see if that extra power helps him at all.

The third match matches one of my old favorites versus Surprize!(Ducken/Ducken). Omega the Dragon/Henger!

Guts advantage to Surprize! Much faster, but Omega isn't built for speed.

Tech Game is pretty even in my eyes.

Both are bad, I think that's an advantage for the Surprize!

But... maybe I'm just biased, Omega tends to tear fast non-whithering monsters apart. I'm gonna base this one on experience.

For our final match up for the night, we'll have Purity versus Rubber Ducky!

I've done this match a thousand times. Bubber Ducky is slightly outmatched in techs, Rubber Ducky is outmatched in Guts, he's outmatched in stats (Skinny), he's outmatched in looks, he's outmatched in every possible way...
