By SlapShotz54 on Thursday, September 25, 2003 - 05:23 pm:

No, one yet, Omega is all powerful, but i think Chiton will get the honor of fighting him.

By Omni Strunks on Thursday, September 25, 2003 - 05:59 pm:

Omega is a pushover, he's got nothing!

By Toa3t on Thursday, September 25, 2003 - 07:17 pm:

MASTER CLASS SUNDAY!!!

Boy, I have almost forgotten how to figure out one of these. Analyzing the weaknesses gets me nowhere. Might as well guess...

How can I pick against Carrot? I have seen his dominance, and he has all the attributes that have made hares the second most feared breed. His empty fourth row, and gassy third row techs do not help his cause against this strong group, though.

Anti-You is clearly the best plant I have ever seen, and I have bad memories of Rasta dismantling Vipos lo those many years ago. Again, tech selection is crucial, essential and ethical - if she goes to the weak first row pow techs too often, she cannot prevail.

Same with Chiton - best centaur ever. I have my doubts about the centaur moveset in general, and those 10 life points may even come into play in a close match. But any of these top three could win, and I would not be surprised.

I would be slightly surprised if Kabal won, however. 3 lvls in spd is a bit much to give up in this lofty company. Furthermore, he is not the best dragon I've seen - teoihx's oscerot was more impressive, IMO, and the top choice beat the oscerot. Again, not out of the question, but my lowest choice.

Great bracket! Looking forward to a long series of battles on Sunday - pack a lunch, Fenrick...there may not be a single KO.
By Red Hare on Friday, September 26, 2003 - 06:18 am:

Well,
I'm hoping Kabal will not finish last.
Being Skinny helps with the SPD, but he will surely suffer with the Hare's intestianal techs since guts regen is sloooooooooooooooooow.
And the accuracy of the Hare's techs will be a deciding point in this match since he will be hitting more than the others.

Um, its been a while since I looked over Centaurs, but arn't they really good at skill and %hit techs?

Even with some of the heavies he has, I think Chiton will land the most shots.

I think you're forgetting that Centaur has crappy guts regen. Not as bad as, say, a crab dragon ^_~...but still bad. Anti-You will most likely land the most hits, simply by shear number of attempts. Good thing plant techs are mostly pathetically weak I suppose.
