Well first wed have to have people send there saves with sharkport(duh). Well since it's not timed and your monsters don't move, you don't need self AI. We'd use 3 chat rooms.
1:For everyone
2:for the host and playerA
3:for the host and playerB

A and B tell me their moves and I anounce it in room 1. Then we keep on doing that until someone wins. Sounds fun to me.
