Parental Consent Form: Required for ALL Users Under Age 13
Please, read the following document carefully. If, as the parent or guardian of someone under 13, you wish to permit them access to this board, print two copies of the following document. Keep one for your records. Take one to a notary, sign and date the other copy in the presence of the notary, have the notary sign and seal the document, and mail it to the address shown on the form. Anyone under 13 will be denied access to the board until a signed copy is recieved. Once a consent form has been received, a virtual copy will be posted here, under Completed Consent Forms. However, I also understand that the e-mail address, the screen name, and anything my child posts will only be used for internal website purposes and will not be sold or otherwise provided to any other business or entity.

I understand that both adults and children post at this site, and that it is not a "children's only" site. I understand that video and computer games are discussed freely on the site, and I take the responsibility for reviewing for myself the nature of all such games, and whether each particular game is suitable for my child. I also acknowledge and understand that the game manufacturers and designers are responsible for the contents of the games discussed at the site.
