Out of infernal Kawrea’s obsidian night strode Xevion the destroyer-Nemesis of light his dread minions fell back at his baneful sight “Today”, he bellowed, “we set loose our blight!”
The horde- a raging maelstrom of teeth and nails, barreled forth in a flurry of fur and scales eager to rend and wreck the hated world above with sinews charged by Xevion’s twisted love
As Xevion and the black tides surged to Kawrea’s maw Up ahead they beheld a Garu with one upraised paw “Ho ho” he called, “Where do you uglies go?” “Bravely turn back or face me as your foe!”
Xevion choked vitriol at the Garu’s effrontery his bellow was deafening and burst an artery “Foolish slave beast to step in my path!” “All stand back! I shall show him my wrath!”
Answered the Garu, “Please do show away and be quick about it I haven’t all day!” “Unleash it forthwith, don’t talk me to death! Oh by the way, you have monstrous breath!”
Xevion retorted in a manner most deadly and dire He spewed out a gout, nay, a tornado of fire. Trees turned to ash, the earth was blasted bare when the horde dared peek, the Garu was nowhere.
Xevion was startled by the whisper in his ear “Ooh ya got me… I am wounded I fear…” “Ho ho, you are slow! Big and and dumb too! You lack the finesse to touch this handsome Garu!”
Bouncing on Xevion’s befuddled mien the Garu carved a Picasso with his fangs keen His fired up fist and bright blazing kick Made Xevion wish he had called to work sick
Pummeled on the left and battered on the right Xevion let loose with all his pyrokinetic might The world turned molten ablaze with white fires The horde had turned into a field of pyres!
Yet through the flames danced a lone flitting shape Could it be? Is it brave and dashing Pipo the ape? Of course not, dear reader, without much ado It was the wonderful springy red headed Garu!
“Oops would be the word for that display, you seem to have run out of guts I should say!” With that the Garu around Xevion he ran, Faster than any pixie, mogi or Zan!
Up went Xevion in a whirling wind to the sky Startling a Raiducken who chanced to go by His dark heart for once quivered with fear as he shot out beyond the stratosphere
The Garu watched as the dark speck disappeared He sighed at his tail that was slightly seared “Gosh” he thought “it’s off to the vet..” and with that bravely jaunted into the sunset.

Very nice! I like the incorporation of dialogue. I, too, am a fan of Garu's, and I definitely think this captures their "awesomeness".

Thank you for your kind words. I like Garus a lot too. Our first Garu, in MR4- "Thybault" managed to reach "S" Class and his "heir"- "Alukard" defeated Xevion. This was in their honor for all the good times.

I have never been a real fan of garus, but this is nice. Good humor, rhythm, and rhymes. I have nothing more to say.
