I waited and waited for what I considered to be one of my better poems to post here. Here it is.
Remnant Watch the children, watch their dreams Watch the progress (or so it seems) Watch the time, watch the past Watch the present, make it last Watch the future, long and distant Watch these words, so reminiscent Watch the ocean start to rumble Watch the earth begin to crumble Watch the stars in the sunlit sky Watch me live, watch me die Watch the night turn into day Watch the world fade away...
It's short, but it's different from what I normally write. I chose to post it here because I like it a lot, and I only plan on posting one poem (this is it). Enjoy...I hope.
But, if you were only going to post one, you certainly did well in your choosing. Excellent work, as usual.

Hmmm..This is the finest example of a perfect poem yet. It made me think, but it isn't all,"listen to my philosophy". Perfect.

"It made me think" Perfect, that's the point. Not only to think about what's there though, but to think outside the box, to see what you want to see. To look at what's not completely there, but at the little shards there are, and to put them together, in any pattern you want.
Thank you both, and sorry CHB. Remember though, it's just a plan, and plans can be changed. We'll see though.
