In MR3, we have found that many discs, including PSX game discs
cannot have their TOC successfully copied to make burned CDs that make the same rare.
We have tested them and they fail every time.
We also have no way to read DVDs or PS2 games, and no software to show the subcode.
And, most users don't own DVD readers/burners to be able to use any code we might find.
So, many discs are not posted because there is no way anyone can make use of what we can read,
or we have no way to read/copy some discs.
This is a master list of all MR3 rares;
what is impossible for us to offer, what we do have posted, and what we are seeking from users.
A few are listed as undiscovered. This means no one knows of a disc to make it.
