Well, I burnt 4 CDs. One had only the music session, two had a data session (but wasn't correct), and the last with a screwed up data session (wrong block size, and the total time still wasn't correct).

The result: 4 Skeletons.

I didn't compare stats. But this should definately prove that it is the first session's total time and (possibly) number of tracks that determine the type of creature (or at least in the case of special creatures).
