I open the Clonecd application but an error comes up
straight away saying "Unable to execute required
file. @740" Does anyone else have this problem?

Operating system? CloneCD is quite old now by comp years.

Try using a compatibility mode.

Right click the icon, go to Properties and select something like run in Windows 98 compatibility mode.

Also, right click and select "Run as Administrator".

Vista is picky and 7 can be worse about older programs but at least they give you some options.

I'd give more complete directions but my Vista cheat sheet is missing again.
