That's not related. Some other company started a game with that name. Which is ironic because Tecmo couldn't get permission for the name in the US because there was a short-lived TV show with that name years ago. It never would have been called Monster Rancher in the first place if the creators of THIS show hadn't insisted they change it.

My Monster Rancher is available on the iPhone now and it works on my wife's iPhone 5. It did not work on my iPhone 2. :P

However I'm playing it now on my Samsung Galaxy S3.

Well not RIGHT now. I'm at work. Boo. But I have to pay for cell phone bills.

Confirming the release of My Monster Rancher on the Iphone 3GS, 4, 4S, and 5 models. I am using a 4S and have the game. It was released on the IOS platform on July 10th, 2012.
