I'll add a few for you that I think you missed - forgive me if I repeat anything you already have.
Suezo (Suezo/Suezo)
Lick - Defense lowered by %30 Stop Breath - Defense raised by %10 Psychokinesis - Intelligence raised by %20 Yodel - Skill lowered by %30 (I had one more tech that -speed but I need to find it again...)
Dragon (Dragon/Dragon) Dragon Breath - Life raised by %40
Mocchi (Mocchi/Mocchi) Mocchi Gun - Intelligence raised by %40
I'll also add some for naga once I get him out of the freezer since I think he has 6 techs.
Are you compiling any info on where/how to obtain the techs etc?

I haven't been particularly good about doing so, but I'm now working on collecting the information as I encounter it.

My dragon just learnt Sky Attack - Increase defence my 30% at the new Goat Coast adventure.
It seems a surefire way to get a technique from an area is to send your monsters to defeat the boss monster. The only possible outcomes from a win, in my experience, is either getting the disc of that monster or learning the tech.
Sword Throw,Life raised by 30% Divine Thunder,Skill raised by 30% Cut in Two,Power raised by 20%
So far my monsters have learned techs from either having one of their stats reach a certain level or randomly during adventures.

Color Pandora (From Pirahnicolo - Color Pandora/Naga) Hip Attack: Life raised by 20% Rat Fireworks: Speed raised by 20% Super Rat Fireworks: Speed raised by (fame*0.5) Blackhole: Intelligence raised by 40% Double Hip: Life raised by 40% Stream Combo: Skill raised by 40%
Super Rat Fireworks (gained at level 12) has the potential to get completely silly.

@mongooserroar
WOW. That fame*0.5 is nuts!
Considering I have a suezo with 930 odd fame if only I could transfer that... haha. Or of course, have people give my monster enough gifts... that could be quite the move.
@GM
I don't think your monsters could have possibly learnt a tech from one of their stats reaching a certain level... Monsters naturally learn techs at level 3, level 8 and level 12. Beyond that I haven't seen any.

From what I've seen, skills are shared by a family, so anything Pixie can have Throw Kiss, for example. I think there's also a pattern to what sort of techniques a monster learns on adventures - I think each area has a different "level" of technique and a monster that gets the technique reward draws from a pool of techniques based on what family it is and what "level" the area is.
