I really love MR and I want to play MRL but I can't register. The reason is that I don't speak Japanese. This is ironic cause I am Japanese would someone please be willing to sign me up?

Do you understand that the entire game is in Japanese? To set up your character and such you have to play through a series of menus that involve a lot of reading.

That said, right now, the IP block isn't letting any of us play. So, unless you are accessing the internet from inside japan, you're out of luck.
