I'm headed to sleep now, the test is from 3am-7am my time, so I need to get some rest before setting out! See you there, my player name is Lisa.

By GM on Thursday, September 27, 2007 - 10:20 am:

Good luck, nice lady!

If they're demo-ing the monster battles (the dengeki online preview
confirmed the breeder battles), try and give it a shot.

Spent last night with issues about installing the new software. Hope to play tonight.

By Lisa Shock on Friday, September 28, 2007 - 09:29 am:

The server kept going down last night. I'd play for 5 minutes, then the window would close and I couldn't get back on for 20 minutes.

We all started from scratch again. This time, thrre were fewer player costume options. They still had various variations on faces and hairstyles.

One way to regenerate a monster was by choosing a basic outline from the book (maybe a dozen or so types) then you put a CD in your computer to set the specific attributes. I did this a few times with the same cd and made several types of monster.

My character appeared to be a young adult, as did most players', but I saw a young child run through a crowded area at one point. Dunno if that was a developer, or if your character is based on the age you gave at signup.

Other than that, I didn't get to really play, sorry!

By GM on Friday, September 28, 2007 - 10:14 am:

Basic outline, you say? So you can regenerate any species that
aren't locked for you, and use a disc to determine its statistics?
That's quite neat.

What are the statistics in this game, by the way? Also, could you tell
the different monster breeds that were available at the start?

In any case, there's still one more day left. I'm sure you'll make the
most of it!

I took pics tonight of the shrining.

To do this efficiently, I started all over with a new game. To my surprise, tonight, someone stole my player name, Lisa. So, if anyone interacted with someone they thought was me, it wasn't.

As I type this, we are experiencing another server outage.

By GM on Saturday, September 29, 2007 - 07:14 pm:

It looks like they've updated the blog again. I can't make head or
tail of what they're talking about barring its being about the server
test.

By Lisa Shock on Saturday, September 29, 2007 - 10:01 pm:

Last night was a mess. The server kept shutting down. I will post the pics soon, just got home from a 12 hour work day, and I need sleep...

Looks like they posted a happy message in the middle of one of the test periods, and didn't update. The window on my client has a message about people looking into the insufficiency of the town server. I am guessing that they had major issues, and it was not a problem on my end.

Oh, at one point, I got in and absolutely no one else was there with me, it was kinda creepy.
