I have been corresponding with Sharkie via email, and he is working on hacking MR1. He has emailed me raw values for Stress (no fatigue yet) in various tasks. His numbers:
Light Work: +3
Hard Work: +8
Training: +16 (+4 each week)

These are raw, untested numbers, and I don't know how they work in concert with Fatigue, nor do I know when the Stress warning is triggered. Anyway, I thought I would toss this out for testing.
