Can someone post something about the ranch/house upgrades such as how to upgrade them? I think I got the best house, but I need to know what it takes to upgrade the barn again. It's been a while since I played this, and I forgot everything about it.

possible answer:
upgrading the barn helps your critters somehow(i forget if its stress or what) and lets you use bigger critters.

In MR1, size doesn't matter, but upgrading the barn is supposed to help. Like Sharkie said, it might help with stress or fatigue or something. And upgrading the house just lets you hold more items.
