People keep posting here that there's no way to get a PSX save off a PS3, when Sony makes what appears to be a perfectly good memory card adapter for PS3. What gives?

I remember we used to sell this at gamestop. Though I haven't seen one there in a long time.

I got mine on Amazon last summer since my Monster
Rancher 2 stopped working on the ps1(strange because
it worked fine on the PS3,but other ps1 games worked
fine on the ps1 still).I think it's great, and its
much better having files saved on the system rather
than on the memory card itself. I don't really have
any complaints about it besides it takes a couple of
minutes to load the memory card.
