I'm curious about what your favorite monsters were, but not hearing about Dragon/Kato being awesome. What I want to know is which breeds are your favorite as a main and which are your favorite as subs.

Personally, I like Monols as mains because they feel like a blank slate to me. Jells are similar in that except that they aren't solid.

As subs go, I've always liked Galis because even in MR1 they were distinctive- they weren't a solid color (Green, black, purple) but white with a gold trim. The original oddity. Katos always made great subs, but I never liked their form as mains. You can't even get their most appealing attack, imho.

I'm not too bothered to be honest, though I only raise pures. I'm not erally sure why, I

I like Tiger as a sub because their colors look cool on pretty much everything, same as Gali, and Dragon as a sub, too. But none of them as mains, usually. I think I prefer Zuums and Centaurs (And Phoenixes..)as mains more than anything..

durahan mains are great.

golem subs are always sweet. there aren't many lame ones.
