With 87 being the peak of a Zan's guts regen you want your techs to hit. Fortunately Zan has several techs with a Decent Hit% and alot of damage. A Typical Zan is going to be POW based as only 1 of it's 2 INT moves do any damage at all. I have Found Zans tempermental to raise, but extremely reliable in battle. Good Luck!
Rising Rave: An excellent Close Range tech in the Vacuum Category. At Max level you can get 46 Damage and 51 Hit for 42 Guts. The cost of guts is clearly made up for in the High damage + a good hit, In my book, This tech is a Must! Reverse Raid: This Medium Range tech is a toss between a Rational and Vacuum tech. At max your're gonna pay 39 Guts.. but your Hit is 62 and your damage 39. If you can't find the Orb for Assault Dance, use this instead. guts cost is more, but the Hit is a lot higher. and compliments the other "Ideal" techs very well. Axes Ballet: A High Risk, Long range tech, but is one of the few High Damaging techs in this range that still has a decent hit. At max yer looking to spend 50 Guts and get 56 Damage and 45 Hit. The Bonus to this tech is the fairly high critical rating (35 Crit) for a tech that naturally does high damage already. If this hits, they're gonna feel it.
Stunner Blitz: Consider this Tech for Long range if your Monster has a High INT. At 22 Guts you get 22 Damage, and a 51 Hit with a Possible STUN battle effect thrown in. this tech is a Blue Light Special! but only useful for the rare Zan with very high INT. Sonic Knife: I Suggest this tech Only as an additional tech, never as a stand alone, or a main tech. it's high Hit of 63 and low guts cost of 18 is a great "Gotta get just 1 little hit in" cheap move for emergency last second LIF% deciding factor battles. Assault Dance: This is rational Medium range Tech. for 24 Guts you get 27 Damage and a 57 Hit. I DON'T recomend this tech for online tourney fighting however but serves well for fighting against In game opponents. |
