The easiest way around this is to save prior to every level.
if you lose a level reset.
My wife and i played this relentlessly for hours and hours to get all the Rucksack items and unlock the ??? menu selection.
If you have a DexDrive you can DL that gamesave and play all the levels randomly if you'ld like to.
