Very Energetic - Full Energetic - Full -1 Little Energetic - Full -2 Little Tired - Full -3 Tired - Full -4 Very Tired - Full -5 Exhasted - You'll first see the same screen as Very Tired then followed by this one Full -6 which states that your monster MUST REST!
