i used a max stat code and took out the ARDS. my Mew was training and got -4000 power! What The?

You hit spillover.

Don't max out your stats and then train. Don;t do anything that will raise your stats after you hit max.

If you are max-ing out every stat, then you are going over the 6000 TOTAL stat limit. This is why you are having problems. Your stats must TOTAL 6000 only.
