It's ok, I left those blank because I noticed an inconsistency in the total lifespan number. I tried multiplying the last column's numbers, year x 48, month x 4, and add the weeks, and I didn't get the total lifespan number, so I was nervous. Thanks!

Ah, I think I see what you mean.
The problem is that there is never a week 0. So the total lifespand number should be:

(((Years x 12) + months) x 4 ) + (week - 1).

I think.

Yeah, that seems to double check correctly. The retirement occurs before the action for that week is decided, meaning the week they retire on isn't a week they've lived.
