Just a quick note, the Gobi combination will not work at all until you have unlocked Legendary Golems. I still haven't done this yet since I am trying to get other legends. The combo will not work for me. However, it does work for GB who has already unlocked Legendary Golems.
This may or may not be true for other legends, but I have a feeling that it is. The exception is Ragnaroks. But, if you think about it, you need to have a legendary dragon (Diva) to make the Ragnaroks combination in the first place.

This is the final list of Legendary combos -they are available after you finish the events that open that type of legend. -any restrictiions mentioned above DO NOT APPLY. Any Dragon+ any monol will have Ragnaroks as a 4th option once you open him. -it is unknown if certain combos make other legends, but it is doubtful.
