Just thought I'd make a list of what the Hospital offers:

Which would seem to imply that there are lesser versions of the Deworm medicine, i.e. Deworm and Deworm L.

Worms appears to be a random event.

Actually, they trigger when you have been doing something too long (usually). For instance, If you feed your monster meat or fish too long, it will get worms (time it happens is random, but if you feed your monster anything but meat and fish, it won't get worms).

Also, if you just train in one drill for a long time, your monster will need Hepanoyl and Indamecene. Maybe if you constantly keep your monster tired, or you feed it nothing, you will need one of the other medicines.

It's gotta be random. I fed my Mint one helping of meat for the month's food and she immediately got Worms. Before that it was a mix of vitamins and bannanas.
