Hellraiser, u should include what range the tech itself is. all techs have a range of near, mid, or far. u should also alter the range so that it says near-mid-far instaed of the three colors. just thought i give some constructive critisim(in the nicest way possible) :)

they do have ranges, but the only thing that the range determines is the letters, and well, there are the letters up there.

I prefer the colors, since it doesn't actually say in the game that those colors are those ranges, it is just implied by the colors of the techs with those ranges.

Also, these skills can be put at any range. It just changes things like Acc, Dam and Guts used. Up and down.
